Mushroom Manchurian Recipe

Hello Friends welcome to my another food blog here we will learn how to make Delicious Mushroom Manchurian Recipe...lets start.

Any individual who preferences Mushrooms, will adore Mushroom Manchurian to its demise. Ingredients(सामग्री के)

1 4 tablespoons Cornflour (4 बड़े चम्मच कॉर्नफ्लोर)

2. 2 tablespoons Maida Flour (2 बड़े चम्मच मैदा फ्लौर)

3. 250 gms (1/2 lb) Fresh Mushrooms (250 ग्राम (1/2 पौंड) ताजा मशरूम)

4. 1/2 teaspoon Garlic Paste (1/2 चम्मच लहसुन का पेस्ट)

5. 1/2 teaspoon Ginger Paste (1/2 चम्मच अदरक का पेस्ट)

6. ½ teaspoon Soy Sauce (1/2चम्मच सोया सॉस)

7. Cooking Oil (खाना पकाने का तेल)

8. Salt (नमक)

9. 4 tablespoons Water (4 बड़े चम्मच पानी)

For Sauté

1/2 teaspoon Garlic Paste(1/2 चम्मच लहसुन का पेस्ट)

1/2 teaspoon Ginger Paste(1/2 चम्मच अदरक का पेस्ट)

1 Green Chilli, finely chopped(1 हरी मिर्च, बारीक कटी हुई)

1 small Onion, finely chopped(1 छोटा प्याज, बारीक कटा हुआ)

2 tablespoons finely chopped Spring Onion(2 बड़े चम्मच बारीक कटा स्प्रिंग अनियन)

2 tablespoons Cooking Oil(2 बड़े चम्मच कुकिंग ऑयल)

1½ tablespoons Soy Sauce(1½ बड़े चम्मच सोया सॉस)

1/2 tablespoon Chilli Sauce(1/2 बड़ा चम्मच मिर्च सॉस)

2 tablespoons Tomato Ketchup(2 बड़े चम्मच टमाटर केचप)

Salt(नमक)

Directions(दिशा-निर्देश)

1. Wash and clean mushrooms to remove any dirt. Dry them with kitchen towel and cut them into medium pieces. Use turmeric water for wash mushroom.

(किसी भी गंदगी को हटाने के लिए मशरूम को धोएं और साफ करें। उन्हें रसोई के तौलिया के साथ सूखा और उन्हें मध्यम टुकड़ों में काट लें।मशरूम धोने के लिए हल्दी वाले पानी का उपयोग करें।)

2. Blend maida flour, cornflour, ginger glue, garlic glue, 1/2 teaspoon soy sauce, salt and 4 tablespoons water in a bowl. Blend and make a medium thick hitter. Dunk mushrooms pieces in arranged player and coat them with it.

(एक कटोरे में मैदा का आटा, कॉर्नफ्लोर, अदरक का पेस्ट, लहसुन का पेस्ट, 1/2 चम्मच सोया सॉस, नमक और 4 बड़े चम्मच पानी मिलाएं। मिक्स करें और एक मध्यम मोटी बल्लेबाज बनाएं। तैयार बैटर में मशरूम के टुकड़ों को डुबोएं और उन्हें इससे कोट करें।)

3. Heat oil in a deep kadai (pan). Deep fry them over medium flame until they just started to turn light golden brown. Do not deep fry them long time otherwise they start to release the water and oil may be splatter. Take them out from oil and drain excess oil.

Method for Sauté:

1.Heat 2 tablespoons oil in a wide, thin-bottomed, pan (wok) on high flame. Add ginger paste, garlic paste, chopped green chilli and diced onion. Sauté on high flame for 1-2 minutes.

(तेज़ आंच पर एक बड़े, पतले-पतले, पैन (कड़ाही) में 2 बड़े चम्मच तेल गरम करें। अदरक का पेस्ट, लहसुन का पेस्ट, कटी हुई हरी मिर्च और प्याज़ डालें। 1-2 मिनट के लिए तेज आंच पर सौते करें।)

2. Add soy sauce, tomato ketchup, chilli sauce, salt, fried mushroom pieces and spring onion; mix them well.

(सोया सॉस, टमाटर केचप, मिर्च सॉस, नमक, तली हुई मशरूम के टुकड़े और वसंत प्याज जोड़ें; उन्हें अच्छी तरह से मिलाएं।)

3. Presently throw and cook. Continue throwing everything and cook for 1-2 minutes. Flavorful dry mushroom manchurian is prepared.

(अब टॉस करें और पकाएं। सब कुछ टॉस करते रहें और 1-2 मिनट के लिए पकाएं। स्वादिष्ट ड्राई मशरूम मंचूरियन तैयार है।)
