Palak Paneer is a popular North Indian curry made of blanched spinach and soft paneer. This restaurant style spicy Punjabi palak paneer recipe.

which is sautéed with finely balanced curry spices in aromatic ghee. Additionally, this recipe uses milk cream to bring in rich creamy texture.


Preparation Time: 10 minutes

Cooking Time: 20 minutes

Ingredients:

Oil - 2 tb. + 1 tsp

Cumin Seeds - 1 tsp

Garlic - 2 tsp

Green Chili – 2

Ginger - 1/2 inch

Onion - 1 large

Salt - as per taste

turmeric, nutmeg - 1/4 tsp

Cumin, Red Chili, Coriander, Sugar - 1/2 tsp each

Tomato - 2 medium

Yogurt/Dahi - 1/2 cup

Coriander Leaves - 1 small bunch

Palak leaves - 4 cups

Bay Leaf – 1

Kasuri methi - 1 tsp

Paneer - 250g

Malai/ Cream - 2 tbsp
